Why I Created CYDRA Social
From Posting Tool to Content Operations

CYDRA Social started with a straightforward problem: how do you turn useful expertise into consistent content without making content another full-time job?

But as the platform evolved, something became clearer. Creating the content was only one part of the challenge. The work also had to move through decisions, review, approval, scheduling, publication, and eventually performance.

In Episode 1, I share why I created CYDRA Social, what I learned while building it, and how those lessons led to a much bigger idea: Content Operations.

From Expertise to a Repeatable Content Workflow

When you're working solo, you're the creator, reviewer, approver, scheduler, and publisher.

Episode 2 shows how CYDRA Social turns that scattered process into a repeatable workflow, moving expertise from idea through creation, decision, scheduling, and publication without losing control.

CYDRA Social for Teams
When Content Becomes Shared Work

When content becomes shared work, creating the post is only part of the challenge.

In Episode 3, we follow one post through a real Team workflow inside CYDRA Social, from Sarah creating the content and submitting it for approval, to Chris receiving the handoff, making the approval decision, and the post ultimately publishing to LinkedIn.

Along the way, we show how CYDRA Social makes ownership, approvals, handoffs, and workflow history visible so team members don’t have to rely on messages, meetings, or memory to understand what happens next.

CYDRA Social for Agencies
Keep Client Content Separate and the Process Visible

Managing content for one business is one workflow. Managing content across multiple clients introduces a different challenge.

Each client has their own content, people, assets, approvals, publishing activity, and social accounts. And the agency still has its own marketing to manage.

In Episode 4, we look at how CYDRA Social Agency helps an agency maintain visibility across the clients it manages while keeping each client's content operation in a separate workspace.

We follow a real example inside Summit Construction Partners, where Sarah creates content, David reviews and approves it, and the post moves through to publication.

Then we move from Summit to Harbor Financial Advisors to show the Agency difference: the agency stays in one operating environment, but each client's content, people, media, calendar, and workflow remain separate.

NOW PLAYING · EPISODE 5
CYDRA Managed Services
When You Need Help Operating the Content Workflow

Consistent content requires more than creating the post. Someone still has to plan the work, develop the content, coordinate review and approval, schedule it, publish it, and learn from what happens next.

In Episode 5, we look at CYDRA Managed Services and what happens when an organization wants the benefits of a structured Content Operations process without having to operate the entire process itself.

We also follow a real workflow inside CYDRA Social, where the Managed Services team prepares and moves the work forward, the customer retains approval authority, and the process remains visible as responsibility moves between them.

Managed Services doesn't remove the customer from the process. It removes the burden of operating the process.
